Accompanied by Allison's parents, we drove to Yellowstone and met Allison's brother and family for a reunion/vacation.
We had to see Old Faithful. I found the hike to see the other geysers in the basin very interesting.

As we neared the end of the hike, we came upon the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. The trail wound right along the edge of a thousand foot drop. Claire was unconcerned about walking a few feet from this chasm so Geoff kept a death grip on her hand. All of us hiked nearly three miles to Artist Point. Isabelle and I hiked another two miles along the canyon rim together.
